Your mission
Step into the critical role of IT Support Specialist at Dixa! This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional passionate about building and maintaining a robust, secure, and scalable internal IT environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our systems, processes, and infrastructure support Dixa’s growth and operational excellence.
As part of the Data & Operations team, you will take full ownership of our internal IT setup while collaborating with various stakeholders across the business. Over time, you will also lean into our evolving AI and business intelligence (BI) agenda, taking on increasing responsibility for enabling smarter ways of working through data, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
What you will be doing
IT Operations
Own and manage Dixa’s internal IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud services, devices, and SaaS tools.
Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices are upheld across systems and processes.
Lead IT support across the company, providing timely user support to Dixaterians in Copenhagen and remotely by handling day-to-day troubleshooting, event support (such as town halls), and strategic improvements.
Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new and departing employees, including both systems and device management
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and system integrations, ensuring our IT stack supports business needs.
Continuously optimize our IT environment for performance, reliability, and scalability.
AI & BI Ownership (Growth Area)
Build knowledge and take ownership of Dixa’s internal AI agenda, identifying and supporting projects that drive operational efficiency and smarter ways of working.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize AI use cases.
Support the development and maintenance of our BI infrastructure, ensuring reliable data flows and actionable insights.
Help design and optimize data processes to enable automation and advanced analytics across teams.
Your profile
The ideal candidate should have:
3+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth business environment.
Proven track record managing internal IT operations, including security, infrastructure, and support.
Experience with SaaS environments, cloud tools, and MDM solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, pragmatic approach to operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical challenges into business-friendly solutions.
A genuine curiosity and motivation to grow into the fields of AI and data, whether through prior experience or future learning.
